PURPOSE OF JOB
• To facilitate and coach Agile practices for all squads consisting of developers, QC, product design, and a product manager.
• Help the squads to achieve their sprint goals, remove any impediments, and improve their performance by adopting Agile methodologies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coach the team on the Agile methodology and the Scrum framework, ensuring that the team is applying the processes effectively.
• Guide the team on Scrum activities and events, including sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
• Guide the product owner in writing user stories and prioritization.
• Guide the development team to do estimation and coordinate the work.
• Remove the impediments and roadblocks that are impacting the team's ability to deliver the sprint goals.
• Come up with metrics to report back to the management team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Deep understanding of the Agile methodology and the Scrum framework.
• Excellent coaching and facilitation skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Reporting Line: This position reports to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
F2F Interview Preparation
To prepare for the F2F interview, assume that you will act as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for a Squad that has little background in the Agile methodology and Scrum framework. Your responsibility is to coach the team to become familiar with it. Please put together a 30-45 minutes presentation with a focus on the Agile mindset and Scrum (or other Agile-enabled) framework.
